Rudi Pitts is a Senior Associate in the commercial department at Millers Inc, where he advises and represents clients across a broad range of commercial transactions and civil litigation. With over a decade of post-admission experience, he regularly assists clients in navigating complex legal disputes with a view to achieving commercially sound outcomes. 

 

Rudi holds a B.Com in Accounting and Law, an LLB, and an LLM in Labour Law from the North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus. His academic excellence was recognised by his election to the Golden Key International Honour Society.  Rudi was admitted as an attorney in 2014 and as a notary public in 2015.  

Outside of practice, Rudi enjoys spending time with his family, travelling throughout South Africa and playing sports.
