Albri Voges was employed as an examiner in the Cape Town Deeds Office for the period between 1993–1999 during which time he completed a National Diploma in Registration of Deeds and was appointed (at the very young age of 23) as a Senior Examiner (Chief Deeds Controller) in 1996. He gained valuable specialist experience and knowledge regarding the very unique registration system used in South Africa and was able to apply same in practice very successfully.

Albri joined Millers, Inc, in 1999, as a conveyancing specialist.  He studied part time and obtained his LL.B degree where after he was appointed as an Associate at Millers. During this period, he was involved in a vast variety of property-related matters including residential and commercial developments. In 2014 he left the firm to join one of the largest conveyancing firms in South Africa and, was tasked to establish, manage and administer a very unique new specialized development department in Cape Town. His whole department was taken over in 2015 by one of the largest firms in Africa. Fortunately, he has returned to the beautiful Garden Route and joined Millers as a Director in April 2020.

Albri is an attorney, conveyancer and notary, with expert knowledge in developments.  His passion lies with finding solutions to complex matters, and his keen eye for detail serves him well.
