Fanie Botes
graduated from the University of Free State with the degrees B Proc (1979) and LL B (1982) and also received an Advanced Diploma in Labour Law from Randse Afrikaanse University (currently Universilty of Johannesburg) in 1996.
He did his articles of clerkship with Danzfuss Schoeman & Smith in Bloemfontein and was admitted as an attorney in January 1982. After 2 years in the South African Air Force (Bloemspruit) as law officer, he joined Van de Wall and Partners in Kimberley in 1984 where he practised mainly high court litigation until May 1994.
He joined Millers Inc in May 1994 as a director and specialised in high court litigation, municipal law, labour law. Since Sept 2010 he heads up the commercial department of Millers Inc where he focuses on all kinds of commercial work and developments in the Southern Cape.
He is the managing director of Millers since February 2001
Trudie du Plessis
joined Millers Inc in 2000, left the firm for a year and returned in July 2004. I went to Pretoria Technicon in 1976 and did a secretarial course. She started at Rooth and Wessels Attorneys, Pretoria as a junior conveyancing secretary. During the following years she gained a varied field of experience in conveyancing, which she has been doing for the past 35 years.
Trudie does event planning in her spare time and enjoy working with flowers.
Marlene de Lange
joined Millers Incorporated on 1 December 1990 as a collection secretary. During 2005 she started as a litigation secretary for Mr Botes and during September 2010 they moved over to the commercial department.
Rhonley van der Ross
matriculated in 2013 and started to work at Panarotti's as a waitress for a year. She then started as receptionist at Braam Swart and Partners in George where she learned how to work in different departments of a legal firm. Rhonley started working at Millers Incorporated in July 2016 in the commercial & property development department as a junior commercial secretary. Rhonley is planning to further her studies in Law and grow in the field of Law.
